What's Your Favorite Color?

When you think of your favorite place, or places for me, think about the color and mood of that room or place.  I have several.  It would be almost as difficult for me to pick my favorite flower, animal, or child to just have one favorite place!  Most of my favorite places are vivid in color or nature and that truly suites me.  What is the color and mood of your favorite place? 

As a child, one of our favorite questions for each other was, “what is your favorite color” and again I had several answers ranging from yellow, green, red, and orange.  Some people have had the same favorite color their entire lives.  See?  It’s fun to think about!  I always enjoyed that game and think that as adults; it’s still an important question.  What is your favorite color?  Is that also a color in one or all of your favorite places?   Haha, I’m betting that it just might be!

This spring, I’m committing to bringing a few more of my favorite colors inside to create a more “favorite feeling appeal”.  When you think about it, touching up a room or home with paint can give it an immediate transformation of cleanliness and luster.  Or modifying an entire room’s color!  That for me is an exciting, fairly inexpensive update that can transform the room’s dimension, personality and energy.  WATCH OUT paint samples, here I COME!   I’m thinking a gentle purple, then maybe hand drawing a large red and yellow flower?  Now that would be a favorite of mine for sure!  But I’m not entirely sure how that might rate amongst the rest of the Zimmer household.  I may just find that out soon!
